We were met at the flat by the owner. She took us round the complex explaining everyhing we needed to know. Beautiful flat and extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed from private underground parking and lift to upper floor. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in York.

Helpful and friendly staff. Room was big and well appointed. 10 min walk down to the city centre or there is a bus stop right outside the door. Menu was varied.

The hotel is in a great location and the lobby is stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The comfort of the room was mostly great.

However there were a few small things that could be improved. There were no bedside tables and the TV was mounted in the in the corner of the room with no way to adjust which was a little strange. I also felt like it could do with black out curtains because I was woken up by the light coming in

The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable did not get a good night sleep at all. Plus we had our neighbour playing the TV really loudly even after we had complained to front desk.

My room was dirty was hair and a big brown make on the middle of the sheets Advert very misleading and you have to pay extra to use any of the facilities No parking if you arrive anywhere between 5pm-9pm, I had to just abandon my car and they still expect you to pay for parking, when they cannot even provide a space Place is just run by kids who don’t care, I didn’t ask to speak to a manager and was just told there no manager on site, with no attempt to help Food in the restaurant was just overpriced microwave food and the serves were all too busy chatting to each other to check if people’s food was ok, to bring cultlery and condiments (which weren’t left out to help yourself) and to interact
