Amazing location, beautiful views. So nice to have a balcony- what a rare treat. I loved having a cup of coffee there in the morning. The food in the restaurant was stunning and amazing value. Every course was really tasty with perfect portion sizes and fantastic service. The staff were all excellent, very friendly and helpful. The newly refurbished bathroom looked lovely and was super clean.

Unfortunately, the pool needs to close. It is very run down with mould on the rim. There was mould on the tiles I could wipe off with my finger, meaning it just hadn’t been cleaned. Not ideal and in fact took away from the overall experience of the hotel. If there is a plan to develop any part of the hotel, the balconies would be a great focus. The sides need making more private, so you can’t see straight into next doors balcony, the rails need painting and the floor replacing. This really is an amazing feature and wouldn’t cost much too much to spruce up. Overall, a really lovely hotel.

The property was exceptionally clean, located near supermarkets, retail parks and only a 9 minute drive into central town. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need as was the bathroom. Wi-Fi was great which enabled us to work remotely and TV even had Sky. Excellent service and communication by Ceri and team, including add ons I requested last minute.

The apartment was big and spacious, fitted a family easily. Clean and had a lot of facilities and the little touches like the eye masks were fab. We were pleased with the apartment. Central location, ideal to the city centre. We would stay here again, it was ideal for us.

It was warm at night with the windows on restricted opening, as we are having good weather. Fans would be great to have as an option. Door to apartment was hard to lock/unlock, think the lock needs looking at.

Room was clean and spacious. Slept very comfortably. The shower was very hot and powerful. Considering it’s very close to a busy road, I slept with the windows open and didn’t hear the traffic. Staff were very polite.

Having a plug next to the bed would have been handy but this is my only very minor critique.

Lovely flat, pretty decorations, generous welcome basket, clean, 15-minute walk to town, bus transit stop close by to get to Loch Ness, comfortable, kitchen nicely supplied, quiet location.

NO BEDDING FOR PULL-OUT unless you advise host in advance. This was not mentioned in the listing, so it was a long night for my tall daughter and me in a double bed.
