Breakfast was on top floor so I couldn't access it. There was a smell of damp in the room. It was clearly clean but this gave the impression it was not. The shower was over the bath which had very high sides so I could not use it.
Negative section of review
Not sure how but if they could get rid if the smell I would have had a better overall impression.

I liked the breakfast with yogurt, good coffee machine and pancakes. And the hotel was closed to a good train station, so practical to move to the London center. Besides, the room was well cleaned.
Negative section of review
Elevator was in maintenance, the safety box was closed when I arrived and even I asked the reception, nobody was able to open the safety box in the room. Once the hotel is in a main avenue, the noise is very high with ambulances, people on the street.
Positive section of review
The location was really convenient to see the city center, the cathedral and the park. It was good to have the hotel within walking distance from the station. The bed was very comfortable.
Negative section of review
The room and the bathroom were clean enough, but desperately in need of reservation and modernization which I would have expected from the hotel chain and reputation of high standards.
Positive section of review
It was very clean and comfortable this is the second time we have stayed in the caravan owners are very friendly couldn’t do enough for us we had a lovely time.
Positive section of review
Excellent location in the historic part of Greenwich. A decent pub downstairs brings great value to the venue!
Negative section of review
The place comes across a little bit worn out, but then again it is the historic building. Service is a little bit hectic as the people have to shift between their tasks at the pub.
Positive section of review
The cottage is superb - very accessible, comfortable, private, and sittingroom sunny and peaceful.

More up to date kitchen equipment and utensils for quick cooking and preparation.
Positive section of review
Spacious clean room. Great shower and bath, plenty of parking near a nice country pub.
Negative section of review
On two occasions the same lady entered the room with her key without knocking, one occasion I’d just got out of the bath and had to rush to put my towel around me. Knocking would be normal practice not just entering without checking if I was in.
Positive section of review
Location was great. Staff were pleasant.
Negative section of review
Room was possibility the drabbest I ever stayed in. Room was right on ground floor next to toilet and lift and entrance to cafe bar - as a female alone it didn’t feel the safest. Cafe bar had no one there. No food available.

Lovely staff, perfect location

location, manager helpfulness
Negative section of review
I have stayed in many apartments but first time in one with squeaky doors and floors, dirty glass doors and windows and also dirty corners throughout the apt, windows caked with paint and therefore difficult to close, filthy sofa beds in living with worn down springs, hallway smells funny, the apt is on the second floor with steep stairs and no elevator. a warning pamphlet on the boiler room that says you could get legionnaires disease, no adaptors for visitors who come from all over the world.
