Absolutely nothing the hotel was filthy rotten my room was absolutely disgusting. There was no staff to complain to. I had no cuts in my room. No spoons in my room. There was faeces at the wall. There was faeces all down the toilet. I told the young man at the counter when we first got there when he was there, I was disabled and I couldn’t do the stairs. He told me basically tough awful absolutely disgusted.

I was greeted with such friendliness and was made to feel at home straight away. I had arrived too early to check in but was able to leave my rucksack in the storage cupboard and when I came back late that night after the event I had been at, my bag had been taken up to my room and I had been upgraded to a suite! I had an amazing stay and I will be back next time I come to Leeds!

We had a lovely spacious room, with a very comfortable bed and a rainforest shower in the ensuite. We also really appreciated the undercover parking, with a token-operated exit barrier. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the food was lovely, with good choice of tasty cooked breakfasts and evening meals

We found the lighting in the room to be a bit subdued and felt it would have helped a lot to have a light in the centre of the ceiling, as well as at each end of the room.

Brilliant location, lovely views and lovely farmhouse inside. Shona was very welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We went for dinner at the Courie pub nearby and had an excellent meal - the best stay and meal of our trip!
