we are not big breakfast people but the breakfast was lovely and the coffee was exceptional,we liked the walk into sheringham high street and their was a bus stop to cromer /norwich a few yards away.we had dinner in the restaurant one evening with a good menu and good food and a good atmosphere.

the weather,there's not a lot you can do about that but we found plenty to do.

Location was exceptional and staff were great. Were good at keeping in touch and allowed us to check in earlier. Kitchen had good facilities and flat large enough for four people - bed and sofa bed comfortable - lots of storage. Bathroom and kitchen clean.

Bathroom - shower curtain looked like it had seen better days grubby along the bottom - and no fan in the bathroom - that was not good! Sofa bed mattress was stained and looked horrible - was not particularly reassuring. Also sheets were clean on the bed in the bedroom but there were hairs over them. (Human or animal hair) Blind broken in lounge.

Breakfast was nice but not what I expected, very healthy but not the full English I had hoped for. Apart from that no problem at all

No WiFi working in room. Told this was not usual so perhaps just unlucky. Woken at 7.15 by men working in empty shop opposite. Not hotel’s fault but you are on a Main Street so have to accept some noise. Didn’t hear noise from bar.

The bathroom fan ran all night, we barely had any sleep before having to get up at 4am for our flight. I told reception staff when we left and he just said ok thanks for letting me know!
