The responsiveness and friendliness of the hosts. The cosiness of the house, wifi and kitchen facilities when we returned after a tiring day. The number of facilities that were included in the property - extra little touches that made a difference eg complimentary hand and shower gel, condiments and teabags, cleaning resources. The extra toilet downstairs. Accessibility to Silverstone.

Only that the fridge door could be hung on the opposite side (a minor thing!) Perhaps somewhere to hang items in the two smaller rooms, but the drawers were perfectly adequate for our weekend stay.

Everything went well.our room was excellent with lovely views over the hills,it was kept spotlessly clean and comfortable,The meals were brilliant cooked to perfection and most enjoyable, Finally all the staff were really friendly and helpful and made the holiday special. We were very lucky with the weather so ten out of ten for us . Thank you.

Though I asked for a quiet room, the person next door had her TV on too loud. I did ask her to turn it down, which she did, but it was still too noisy. So I asked to switch rooms which was done with no fuss. Very good customer service from the staff!

The rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. And the exterior appearance of the hotel was nice.

The rooms were a little dirty, and had bugs due to gaps in the very old windows. It was very noisy as they had a function on which ran late in to the evening and the hallway doors were constantly banging.

Our room was in the extension part of the hotel which was very run down . Shower was terrible , heating made loud noises enough to wake us up and dog barking in the corridor .

The room smelt appalling and was overly hot despite the radiator being off. Too stuffy not aired. Blind was broken. Reception staff very unfriendly. Kitchen staff better
