"While my stay at Redwings Lodge in Wolverhampton was overall pleasant, there were some aspects that fell short of expectations. Despite the warm welcome from the staff, I encountered challenges with the accessibility room. Unfortunately, it was located quite far from the entrance, making it inconvenient for guests with mobility issues. Additionally, the doorways were difficult to open, and the limited space around the bed made it challenging to navigate into the bathroom.Speaking of the bathroom, it was not well-equipped for accessibility needs. The layout was cramped, and there wasn't enough room to maneuver comfortably, especially for wheelchair users. Furthermore, the shower head was in dire need of replacement, as it did not provide adequate water pressure or coverage.Despite these issues, the central location of Redwings Lodge in Wolverhampton was a definite plus, allowing easy access to attractions like The Halls and other city highlights. However, improvements in room accessibility and bathroom facilities are necessary to ensure a more comfortable stay for all guests."

Beautiful hotel. Modern and quirky decor. Beautiful location with veranda with views across to the lake. Breakfast was delicious. Piping hot, fresh, great selection and constantly replenished. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Staff were very attentive and always made sure all visitors were looked after.

Furniture in the room was a little tight and therefore difficult opening cupboard/wardrobe with with chair in way but apart from that lovely village and scenery was amazing

Spacious rooms. Lovely homemade biscuits - delicious. Dinner was really good and all our party of 6 said it was super tasty. Breakfast was good too.

Our drinks order was not complete and staff had to be reminded that some drinks were missing. This happened at dinner and breakfast but was rectified eventually. It wasn't a big deal.

How clean it was n no tv No towels the curtains was to short so 5 o'clock sun in my eyes so didn't get good sleep n a generator was goin on most of the night
