Nicki was a friendly and welcoming hostess. She's knowledgable about Frome, insisted on carrying my case upstairs & provided a small bottle of Prosecco + glass as a welcome. A nice touch. The breakfast was generous, self-serve from assorted items and she was solicitous in answering a question before my arrival.

The small handbasin with a large tap in the bathroom! The water splashes about easily & banging one's nose if face washing is a possibility. But Nicki is aware of this issue. There was a stool, but a comfortable chair would make a nice addition - I'm not one for sprawling on the bed to relax...! Otherwise the room I used is spacious, very clean & has a lovely view over the garden.

Great communication with the owner. Easy to find and safe, large parking area. Everything we needed in the kitchen including a thoughtful welcome basket. 5 minute drive to nearest supermarket and restaurants.

Fast check in, lovely comfortable clean room. The Staff were efficient and pleasant. Parking was easy with good access to the motorway.

Did not like the restaurant being open plan with the lounge area. A big wedding was taking place with children running around and lots of guests milling around, which was a little distracting, when we wanted a quiet dinner after a long days travel.

Parking arrangements for a couple with limited mobility. £21 charge by nearby Mercure Hotel for overnight parking. Would have struggled to walk from the Mercure Hotel to the easyHotel without the help of strangers.

Too noisy in the room , could hear the neighbours. The guy who was at the reception was nice but recommended me to go to an Italian place Venezia which was so disappointing, the food was really bad and they seemed a little desperate. They gave me the wrong soda and also the pizza I got had nothing to do with a pizza - so bad. Had to ask them to cut off the service charge on the bill. Please don’t recommend people to go there again.

Super noisy, impossible to sleep until the bars next door close at around 4 am, my friend decried the night we stayed at this hotel as the worst night of her entire life
