Location is awesome, shops and train stations nearby. Even a mini skating rink and mini casino. The room was clean and so was the bathroom which was good. One of the receptionists Kashi i think her name was, was incredibly kind and warm. She was reay friendly and gave us helpful tips about the area.

The hotel is part of a heritage listed building so beware the walls are super thin. I wish this was mentioned somewhere or we had seen it in a review before we booked the hotel because we would have definitely not booked this place. The reviews and the scores are misleading and foe the price we paid, it is not worth it. Whats worse the first night we had to listen to a couple for 3 hours doing all sorts of things in their room and they were noisy. We complained to the reception but the operations manager was passive aggressive in her response and said initially "sorry nothing we can do and the hotel is fully booked so can't change your rooms. The next day she sends a message at 11ish and says you need to contact us within the hour if you need to change rooms or forever hold your peace essentially. But yea at least she offered. The room is stuffy and hot there is no air-conditioning so we had to ask for a fan. If you are a light sleeper this place is your worst nightmare. The room is also quite small so you will not have any space to even open a suitcase in the floor.

Overall very satisfied.The host were very welcoming and attentive.The rooms were clean and tidy.The dining room bedroom was very cosy.Especially the next morning there was a great breakfast.Would choose to stay at this property again if the opportunity arises!

Very unhappy with how many Ant was in the caravan they was all in the bed or in the kitchen I spent most of my time cleaning as my kids would not eat or drink in the caravan they would not sleep over the ants in the bed I also had to pay an extra £135 for them to go swimming and to use the entertainment that I was unaware of the staff was so rude and unhelpful I had to borrow money off my family to pay for the swimming and the entertainment and my kids would not eat out of the kitchen in the caravan so had to eat out which cost me more money I am very unhappy and disappointed with my holiday my kids did not have a good time at allI had to borrow money off my family to pay for the swimming and the entertainment and my kids would not eat out of the kitchen in the caravan so had to eat out which cost me more money I am very unhappy and disappointed with my holiday my kids did not have a good time at all

The lady in charge could not do enough for us , and the food was fine.

I think this hotel (on the note of 'hotel' I would call it more of an inn as hotel conjures up visions of a place with more than 10 rooms) would definitely benefit from a massive make over, as it is tired and a bit grubby in places. We did stay in other inns on this journey for only £10 to £20 more and they were for superior in décor and cleanliness.
