Amazing location close to Mcdonald Road tram stop and close to the Omni centre. Property is very large, good facilities. Beds were comfortable and clean, bathrooms showers are updated and very efficient but bathroom decor is tired however general cleaning good. Large eating space for up to 8

Suggestion not dislike -windows need a clean, living room sofa and tub chairs are tired and low so not comfortable or suitable for older visitors. With a small amount of investment on this and bathroom redecoration this could be a luxurious apartment

Hotel and all equipments are getting really old, it would need a full renovation and modernisation. Beds are kind of ok for 1 night but won't say they are really confortable The room was not really clean, but I don't blame the staff because with the kind of equipment it's not easy to obtain something clean. Was an hand print on the window in front of the bed (not mine) When we checked-in in the middle of the nigth we had a great welcome by an old man. But some of us checked in later: early morning (because of a car problem) and the young man at the reception was really not comprehensive, professionnal and not flexible: my friends had a fuel problem with the car and couldn't reach the hotel at the planned time, they didn't sleep and asked for a late check-out to rest; this was not possible even if the hotel was half empty.... The only comment was " please close the door when you will take a shower otherwise the fire alarm will be activated...." Disappointing...

Sadly didn’t seem to have hot water for the shower, only lasted a minute then was cold for rest of time. So only one of us showered.

Breakfast isn't great, not much choice with the hot food. Every time my room was cleaned all the lights were left on which isn't eco friendly!

The room was very warm so window was open at night. I am a heavy sleeper so didn’t hear anything but my friend is a light sleeper and was woken up a few times by the loud noise of bins being emptied at night.
