Lucy went above and beyond for me during our stay as I had a mishap with my dress for my brother's wedding. She came to my rescue and let me borrow one of her dresses for which I am extremely grateful. Everything was within a short driving distance, a good location for the wedding venue. However, a little bit out of the way for taxis. The coffee and outdoor space was excellent. Very relaxing, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Some of the toiletries had run out, but as we were there for a short stay, it didn't affect us.

The room was lovely, but a little cramped as so much squeezed in. The shower was nor ideal, it was electric and could not seem to get a happy medium temperature wise. We did not book breakfast, as did not appreciate was not included.

A good property lovely inside and out in the centre of Leeds near to the town and First Direct Arena about a ten minute walk which I cannot do so I just got an Uber taxi which was no problem

Onsite restaurant was an Indian which is no good for me and especially if ypu don’t like spicy food I didn’t mind as I used Uber for a delivery to the hotel

The location was amazing, so nice to be able to go out of both the front and back. Staff were nice and breakfast was lovely.

Could have been cleaner. Things like toilet, sink were fine, but walls, furniture, skirting boards were quite dusty and the shower in my Nan's room had dirt in the tray (from the fan maybe?). Could definitely use some TLC as there were holes in the walls and a big crack in the window.

This place is awful , absolutely filthy and shared bathroom with 4 other rooms , the bathroom was filthy as was the kitchen . It says toiletries provided they were not , I penguin biscuit between 4 and 2 packs of broken out of date biscuits , this place should not be able to let rooms . Tv not working filthy black nets , dirty bedding , water left in kettle , very old jar of coffee almost empty , sugar sachets from surrounding cafes !!! 100s of tea bags with 2 small jiggers of milk with no cups . Dirty mattress the list is endless .
