We enjoyed lots of this trip.Great location, spacious room, amazing sea view, large comfy bed, friendly staff, great choices for breakfast, great area. Quiet at night. My 9 year old nephew had an amazing time.

We did not like the level of cleanliness in the bathroom. The dirt and grime around the base of the toilet, very dirty bin in the bathroom, both shower heads disgusting with black dirt and scum. The vent on the ceiling in the bathroom really needs to be cleaned. Also the child kept pointing out the dirt around the edges of the bed on the floor so under the bed could do with a hoover.

Nice and snug it is fit for purpose as we spend the day away , came back to cook our dinner with friends and to sleep. It was clean and the owner responds fast. I cannot fault it really

Lovely caravan, nicely furnished with comfortable beds and sofas, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Good location, quiet part of the campsite with good Wi-Fi signal.

The original room was old, tatty, had marks all over the walls and the radiator sounded like a train. They moved me to a different room which was much better. The swimming pool closed early on a Saturday which is pretty poor considering that is probably the main time people want to swim.

Not all was as described, our expectation was built up to it being immaculate especially by the £110 cleaning charge and the draconian penalties for any damages, so we willing paid more than our norm. The dining chairs not safe to sit on, table looked a mess with damaged surface, dish washer filter not clean. Food left in the freezer, the list goes on. City view, very dirty windows, was a back street of ad hoc mix of shop back yards, flats above, street cluttered with overflowing refuse bins, glass and rubbish to negotiate on foot and with car. We raised concerns re the catalogue of poor conditions/damage that gave us fears of being charged for them. We were thanked by property manager who stated she was aware of some of the issues but the owners had not done anything about it. Later she emailed 'I just want to update you even though it won't directly affect you. The owner is going in... to replace the dining furniture and desk and we have diarised to get a paint refresh too. Thank you for our honest appraisal of the place. As a property manager and the face of the operation it is so disappointing when guests feel let down. Your email was useful in making the point so thank you'. I asked for a reduction in the cost of our stay. The next day she stated she and the owner had decided our stay had not been impacted so no and we were asked not to book with them again, AS IF!

Having to list every single thing we wanted for breakfast, right down to the jam we wanted, and how many pieces of toast. Surely it's easy enough to provide another piece of toast if I needed one
