The hotel was close to the DLR station. It was very easy to move around. The breakfast was the same every morning but it was diverse (it can become boring if you stay longer than 4 nights or you have very high expectations). The staff was amaizing and always helpful and in a great mood. They made the stay so much better.

I stayed in a triple room with my family. The only problem was that the single bed was actually an extended couch an it was kind of uncomfortable. That was the only downside of the stay.

I ordered full English on the first day, the breakfast was amazing delicious sausages and eggs cooked to perfection On the 2nd day I had avocados on toast, just wish I could source avocados like those. My husband was so impressed with the breakfast too on the first day he had to order it again.

Fabulous, spacious, clean house for our family & friends gathering. Very comfy beds, 4 en-suites & a large house bathroom. Great location & plenty of on street free parking. The hosts were very friendly & helpful…. Many thanks 😃

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the cabin was spacious, clean and in the best location with stunning views. John is very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Skye!

The position was superlative, because Haymarket is next to the city centre. The room and the bathrooms are correctly cleaned, every day.

Though not necessarily the fault of the Hotel, this may well be significant for some travellers: Poor (poor 3G reception and definitely no 4G or 5G) telephone signals. Lack of EV Charging locally.

Bad check-in with another traveler in the property and contact with the owner solution was to take their 1 bed unit and leave them in our 2 bed unit. Many calls to sort out and then the apartment didn’t have sufficient toilet paper for four people for two nights. I was told there were baking trays and there weren’t. A bad experience we never experienced. The property also had damage which we advised and they didn’t appear to know about it. Also gave us incorrect wifi information and didn’t respond to our request for assistance. Not a nice experience for us.

I am in my 70's and arrived at the hotel after 9pm at night and after a stressful flight from Germany. I had to ask to be checked in, was handed the key and left to it. No explanation that the key had to be swiped over a pad to be able to operate the lift. A fellow guest had to show me what to do.
