Property is in a good location. Stayed here for 5 nights. There is a huge Tesco nearby and earls court station is walking distance from it. Plenty of food, laundry souvenirs option near Earls Court Road. There are buses within the vicinity that can get you to the tourist attractions. Staff were also really nice.

Breakfast, only serving full English, when arrived was only warm. Egg was overdone. Poor choice of fruit, didn't like having to make own drinks from flask of hot water. Very disappointing.

Hotel is run down and needs an urgent renovation. No lift, just dirty stairs. We had asked for a quiet room 3 months before which was confirmed by the hotel at the time, but when we arrived we were given a room towards the street and directly above the restaurant where loud guests were celebrating, which was noisy in our room. Also when they finally left, one could hear people shouting and talking from other rooms, the same at 5:30 next morning. One also heard noise from the water pipes. The swing door to the bathroom does not close probably and one can look inside seeing the other person sitting on the toilet (this was also criticized by other guests here in the comments, apparently the hotel promised to address the situation but obviously nothing happened). After flushing once, the toilet needs some minutes until it can be flushed again. In the room is an old carpet which is very unhygienic. Bath room is completely old with some dirt in the corners. In sum, we only stayed one night instead of two as originally planned. Staff at reception at the beginning were not cooperative and turned our concerns down (“you booked that room and we don’t have another one”; “there was no party last night”; “we never had problems with noise”, which btw is incorrect as one can see from the comments here on booking) but then accepted our decision to cancel the second night.
