I was unwell when I checked in, feeling very poorly and found the receptionist to be really sympathetic and helpful. She worked quickly through the paperwork to check me in quickly. I later was unable to go down for food but knew I needed to try to eat something. Even though the hotel does not do room service, the receptionist arranged for toast to be delivered to my room, in fact I think she may have prepared the toast herself and brought it up to me. I cannot tell you how much this meant to me. I am soooo grateful for her kindness, it made a world of difference to me as I was travelling alone and too sick to help myself. Thank you, thank you.

The emails I received after check-in were very long and complicated. I didn't manage to connect to wifi. I actually missed not having some written communication in the room... and I am quite tech savvy.

These lodges were excellent, had a great time using the hot tub, fire pit and the room itself was clean, comfy and a great value for money! The location was brilliant and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room had great small touches for example the kitchen compliances and the food offered. There was also guest book which included recommended food places and sight seeing.

This is such a beautiful hotel and such a beautiful place to stay. I very much enjoyed the breakfast - a lovely choice and of a high quality. What made this stay was the friendliness of the staff. Very welcoming and made us feel very special.

The venue was easy to find, very near to the town where we attended a show at the Anvil Theatre. Instructions were great and easy to follow relating to getting into the venue. Contact information was readily available.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were small but comfy and clean. Blinds really kept the light out and no noise disturbance at all. Great location near to the theatres.

Very friendly staff, room was perfectly clean and it was cleaned every day of our stay. Amazing location near the Tower of London.

Breakfast is a bit disappointing, there were no warm dishes except of boiled eggs, mostly bread, cheese and sausages. There were not much spacemen the room to hang our clothes.
