The location is convenient as it is close to the university, the metro station, a bus stop to the city centre, and has many shops nearby. Self check-in was simple and convenient. The apartment is well stocked and has most of what I need. The Wifi also works well.

The street containing the property was a shocking sight—trash and trash bags lined the sidewalk. Noise insulation is very poor and I could hear other guests going upstairs and walking around on the apartment above. This made many nights unbearable and I had to speak to the guest upstairs. Another issue was that I was unable to obtain an invoice/receipt for my stay despite multiple messages and phone calls. This was required for getting my company to reimburse my business travel expenses. There was not enough toilet paper provided in the room and the hair dryer did not work.

Great location for our walking trips in Eryri. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfasts were great as were the meals and good to see local produce on offer. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Nice spacious room. Beautiful entrance, reception. Good selection of drinks and biscuits in room, bottles for water and milk. High brand toiletries.

Remote and tv just did not work, despite changing battery which i asked reception to change. Did tell reception. It was a delay in recognising the instruction even after changing battery it did not work Had audio description on annoying. Could not navigate the remote to turn it off Time on tv was 1 hour ahead of actual time Explained to the reception twice there is a u9 sign coming up on air con panel with a spanner sign on. Nothing was done. The reception said they would send someone. The hand wash bottle writing has gone, would be good to change the bottle. Shower curtain was sticking to me while showering which is not a nice feeling The shower head is stuck in one place, not easy to shower. A portable shower head would be much nicer
