The hotel is in close proximity to central Manchester (walking distance). The facilities were great and really worth for the money spent. They have provided iron, iron board and a hairdryer upon the request. The staff was amazing.

Really convenient, cheerful and well appointed apartment. Fabulous location, right on the seafront opposite Ramsgate main sands and within 3 minutes walk if the beautiful harbour. Lovely place to stay and such good value.

Top flat was fine for us, but elderly guests or those with mobility issues might find it a bit of a climb, up several flights of stairs! Would have felt a bit happier with an external fire escape, too, as the main staircase would probably be impassable in the event if a fire in the building.

I regularly use this guest house and there is always a consistently high standard including a varied breakfast menu. The staff are very friendly and can offer advice on places to eat and drink in Bewdley.

The location was perfect as we were very near the train stationt to travel into the centre. Some of the rooms were very nicely furnished.

This house was ok for 7 but not suitable for 12 as there was not sufficient chairs or table space in the kitchen. There was very little in the way of kitchen equipement so it was difficult cooking for 7, my friend made her trifle in a wok! The oven had not been cleaned, the freezer was full from , when? Most of the windows would not close so poor security. The door to the shower room was ill hung & difficult to close.

Availability of parking, and location. The very close pub and the Thai restaurant 100m up the road were both excellent.

The common area carpet in the stairwell etc was terribly filthy and lets the flat down.
