  Everything was absolutely wonderful, spotlessly clean and a a real home from home feeling. Very well equipped kitchen with high quality white goods. Lots of space for everyong to relax and even have a sauna and hot tub. Cannot recommend these chalet lets highly enough, and the owners are fantastic.

  The location was great, very central, beautiful view of Whitby Abbey from the room. The bed was very soft and comfy. Nice up to date bathrooms. Room was spotlessly clean.

  Breakfast always felt quite rushed, staff definitely wanted everyone in and out as fast as possible. There wasn't much choice and the cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing. But it was ok and it got the job done. The rooms were a bit tired but spotless.

  No tea facilities in room, needed to ask for a towel as only one in room but no staff till next morning. Had to sit sideways on toilet as not enough knee room. The bed was big enough but up against the wall so if the inside person needs to get up, then both people have to.
