The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

What a lovely place to stay, proper country pub with the added bonus of it brewing it's own beers. Which were excellent. We went to a gig at Dolby Forest, traffic is not great so we didn't get back till after midnight 😕. The lady serving behind the bar was excellent, waited till all guests were back. So a special thank you to her (apologies I didn't get her name). 😁

Staff amazing, so helpful and friendly in particular the morning breakfast room staff. Location amazing for Tate modern, Shakespeare globe, Borough market, The Thames etc Lotd of food options nearby including an M&S Foodhall. Felt very safe as a solo traveller Great value and included a great buffet breakfast Very quiet at night

Building very dated and old fashioned. Corridors belonged in The Shinning! 😆 Very early checkout (10.30) Not near any tune stations but that wasn't a problem really

Very convenient for the Plymouth Hoe (Sting concert). Good breakfast. Parking on site, but quite expensive.

Problems with the hot water supply in the morning. We were offered the parking fee to be waived as compensation - ok.

Great location (near Victoria Station), lovely neighbourhood. Towels changed almost every day.

Extremely basic accommodation. Very small room and bathroom (no space or shelf to put anything), only one towel for each person (luckily I was alone in a double room so I got 2), only 2 paper cups for coffee/tea (never changed). You can hear every noise from the other rooms.

Clean room and off road parking

Breakfast was terrible, little choice and I think the scrambled eggs were powdered! When we arrived at around 10pm there were many shifty looking characters outside and inside the hotel, we didn't feel safe. The staff upon arrival were disinterested (on their phones). Our room wasn't too bad only for the dirty bathroom, black drain in the bath with a god awful smell coming out of it. Walls paper thin. Noise from streets very loud also. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Only book here if you are VERY tight for money. Otherwise go elsewhere.
