From the moment I entered the hotel, the concierge staff were amazing. They escorted me up to reception who were excellent. Anna and Shruti immediately made me feel welcome, realising I work locally and visit each week, they immediately asked why I hadn't visited before and then made sure it was an amazing stay and upgraded me to a suite! This hotel also has that WOW factor. I'm going back next week!

On my very last night I had some plumbing issues in my room with knocking pipes which meant I had no sleep. The hotel manager Javier was kind enough to arrange a late check out and I was allowed to stay in my room until I left for my train home. A great example of professional handling of an unfortunate and random problem with the room, fantastic customer service!

Lovely, bright, modern studio apartment with everything needed for a great stay. Quiet rural location on outskirts of city, but with an easy walk into Canterbury. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay there again.

I love how modern & clean it is and that it's close to the Canary Wharf tube station and Jubilee line. It makes it very easy to get about London & is especially convenient for concerts at the O2

Location is not the best but it was our fault thinking it was closer to the centre. Bus transport serve the area quite enough.

In the room there was a persistent bad smell which even the windows open, it didn't improve. The hot water in the shower was taking ages to come out, resulting in lots of time leaving the water open for nothing. Beds okeish. Didn't find dirty around but the lack of a good maintenance to the place, doesn't help in looking good.
