Lovely views over the golf course, proximity to Newport station and the M4 makes it a handy location. Check in/out was easy. Shuttle service from hotel to golf club was frequent easy. Room was very specious.

Staff at the bar didn’t alert guests when it was last orders, I didn’t mind, but others were annoyed.

For £39 I didn’t expect a palace. It served its purpose as a place to sleep for the night and somewhere I could easily wheel in my bicycle.

Duvet cover felt worn and a little bobbly. There was a really bright green light in room that I couldn’t turn off. Shower was slow to drain and tray quickly filled with water.

The 100 steps to the 2nd floor didn't see a lift.Then had to go through a maze to get to the room that was right at the end.Tjen I waant told how to put hot water on so had to go back down to get help.Was sorted in the end.Stairs and hall way smelt funny and was quite run down looking.

Everything was dirty and messy,the door could be opened by hand and we got stolen everything,there is no reception,no staff helping,its a complete SCAM,don’t go!
