  Cleanliness, soft drinks, and snacks available to purchase at reception. Premier Inn is much more expensive and you sti have to pay £10 to park so I felt the parking charge was reasonable. The complaints about this and small rooms aren't valid; the hotel is priced accordingly and is very good VFM.

  Restaurant not open on a Fri night A few too many reminders of "you will be charged for damage to room/smoking in room/lost key cards.." etc. Valid charges perhaps but the various notices didn't feel very welcoming.

  The room was clean & the bed was perfect. The room views were amazing & the breakfast options available we're better than I'd ever imagined. I've stayed here many times and I will continue to do so when I'm in Harrogate

  One of the main lifts was out of order. It was a bank holiday weekend so it was very busy in the hotel. Having a main lift down made getting around the hotel and the sub level car park quite hard.

  The breakfast was excellent - one of the best that I have had in a hotel. The hosts were very attentive and pay a lot of attention to detail and the comfort of their guests. The hotel has been very carefully decorated.

  The location of the hotel is about a mile from the centre of Llanberis, which could be a problem for guests without their own transport. The hotel is located beside the main road up the valley. My room at the front was noisy due to passing traffic.

  Was close to tube station easily to find. Decor was dated. the lift didn't feel very safe. There is no toliet paper in our room. Breakfast was baisic, but there was reasonable choices.

  Staff were all very helpful and really friendly except one lady . Hotel was clean , great location for world resorts arena which we were attending for a concert.

  We were extremely disappointed, along with many other guests to arrive for breakfast - which when booking was served until 10.30am and also stated in the lifts (Sunday morning and bank holidays) - to arrive at 10 and told by a very rude member of housekeeping that breakfast finished at 10 - when we - and several other guests said that booking and lifts stated 10.30 she shrugged her shoulders and walked away . Another member of staff then told us more politely and that we could help ourselves - 2 sausages remaining and 1 rasher of bacon .. we had paid for breakfast and were really disappointed but also the attitude of the First lady was very rude and abrupt , there were at least a dozen other guests who this affected . It’s was such a disappointing end to a lovely stay .
