Free heated indoor pool (book at reception). Free soft play on site as well as cracking play park outside with tree swings etc. Pub has good entertainment on and has good buzz in the air. Caravan itself is amazing. So spacious compared to others ive visited. Plenty DVDs and kids toys provided. Plenty spaces between vans so you dont feel like youre sitting on top of folk when sitting out on decking. Caravan fully fenced in by decking for anyone with smaller kids or escape artist dogs. Great communication from owners. 5 stars all round.

Van could have been bit cleaner. Silly things like dust down back of beds. But all in all it wouldnt put me off booking again.

Great location and beautiful building overlooking the garden. Communication was good. They accommodated our request to park an hour earlier as we were getting married and walked to the venue . Extremely comfortable bed.

There was no space to put items in either the bathroom and the bedroom. A desk or table in the bedroom and some sort of vanity table in the bathroom would be great. Also did not like the lampshades in the bedroom - robots (?!?) - didn't seem in keeping with the rest of the room.

Room was not what I had booked, single was asked for family room received. Easy access to the local bus service to terminal 3 at Heathrow. Left before any breakfast was served.

The card insert for the lights etc, was not near the doorway but on the opposite wall. When you arrive in the dark you can’t see where it is.

Breakfast wasn’t that good, and paying £200 a night I would expect better. There was lack of tables at breakfast and staff didn’t rush to clean them. Room was ok but the carpet was filthy dirty and the cleaningness of the bathroom was not so great
