OK, you have to like quirky 1970s decor and furniture! It's fun and cheerful if gloriously over the top, especially in the residents lounge. The colours are vibrant, our room was very orange for example so know what you are booking if you have a phobia of a particular colour!! The room was very comfortable, if a little small. A very clean bathroom, a good shower. Great views of Conwy Castle from the room. Minutes from restaurants and bars, bay and of course the Castle. Breakfast in a basket was provided in the room, very good

Beware if booking: the stairs up to the second floor especially are quite steep/narrow, so not suitable if mobility or balance issues, Careful carrying luggage but the owners are very helpful when checking in.

The location is fantastic. Right on the edge of the city centre. A short walk away from so many pubs, restaurants and sights. As well as a grocery store right in the building. Spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath suite.

The listing is advertised to have 1 parking spot for the suite, but it's first come first serve street parking so you're not guaranteed a spot. The furniture was older and a bit worn, so not the most comfortable. Good enough, but glad we only had 2 nights on that bed.

For 4 adults the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable to sit on & relax.You don’t want to be sat on kitchen chairs when you have been out all day.

I reserved this room in January (for a stay in May, paid end of April). They don’t bother to inform me of anything in advance. I arrive, the guy even take my passport to check in, let me sign the receipt and then says that for “building problems” with my room I can’t stay there but they booked me another room nearby…Nearby means a cheaper hotel (even thiugh same category) on the main road (Sussex gardens) very noisy. It was just one night I didn’t want waste time fighting. I don’t know if it is true or I just they sold my room to two other people for an higher price. All in all I paid to stay in one place I ended up in another (worst).
