  The location was perfect and only 2 minute walk from the pub (Duke of Cumberland) which was amazing. Everything was lovely and we would definitely stay at West View again and the dogs loved it. It was lovely for them to be able to be out in the garden as it was all enclosed.

  A beautiful, boutique like hotel overlooking the sea and the Pier. Free parking an excellent breakfast. Friendly and attentive staff. Walking distance (10 minutes) from the Lanes and Royal Pavillion).

  We used the hotel for a family get together of around 12 persons. Rooms were great. Breakfast was excellent.

  Parking was a problem. The payment machines didn't work properly, and many people were struggling to park and pay. A number of us have received parking penalties. This is very annoying.

  Size of room, facilities within room and how comfy the beds were.

  Bins weren't emptied, body wash and shampoos were almost empty. Dogs being allowed in the restaurant. Having to pay for movies when the hotel is already very expensive.

  The staff were rude. The room was shabby. Only two pillows, none spare. Dirty room. Uncomfy bed. Cigarette burn in chair. Not a disabled access room as requested. Only two disabled parking spaces. Lack of choice at breakfast. No continental options. No restaurant serving dinner. Lack of power points. No power points by bed. Light switches grubby beige from the 70s Breakfast was the standard greasy mess. Need i go on?
