Our stay was really nice, the location and the views were so good. everything had fences and was secure so we felt very safe to be around with kids. Rooms were modern and clean , we found everything that we needed, from plates to towels. Before arrival , we received a very welcoming message with very clear instructions on how to find keys and how to leave the property. Huge thanks to the host.

Everything was good, it would be nice if check out time would be slightly later , as at the moment it is 11 am. But no negative feedback at all.

The property was modern, clean, bright and welcoming. The house is located in a friendly, safe area. We needed some help finding the property and were shown it by the next door neighbour who kindly bright us right to the door. On arrival there was a very thoughtful gift basket left out for us and beds were made up perfectly with towels left out too!

Really easy check in, pretty comfortable rooms, great value, and lots of helpful information from the hosts. Cool old building that has been reasonably well converted. Coffee machine and snacks available on site, and appreciated the tea/coffee in the rooms. Friendly Siamese cat around also which is always a plus.

They've clearly been dealing with some mould issues, in the room I was staying in, and while it's been mostly been pretty thoroughly taken care of, there were some missed spots around the hinges to the bathroom. I was OK but I don't think my partner (who has asthma) would have been if she had been with me this time. Radiator in the room also made a very high pitched whine the whole night, which made falling asleep a little tricky. None of the e problems in previous rooms I've stayed in, hopefully they take care of this one as well!

The location is perfect! The accommodation was very high standard with everything you'd expect. They were very accommodating and arranged a nice treat for our mother. It was a lovely touch that got the holiday off to a perfect start.

Flat was larger than expected.. lovely and clean home from home. Check in was trouble free a good base to visit family. Lots of extras tea, coffee etc and toiletries provided along with basic cleaning equipment which was appreciated.

Parking was first come first serve. 4 flats but only 3 spaces. 1 being kerbside outside the property. We parked there for 2 nights but then got a ticket saying we needed a permit when it clearly states in the guest folder a permit is not required. Owners have been made aware and we are appealing with the council. Just a suggestion if the wall in-between the existing spaces was removed would be off road parking for 3 cars.

Customer service was absolutely appalling, so much so it off set the satisfactory standard. I spent 20 to 40 mins trying to get into buildings. Another 15 for a staff member, and another 15 in discussion with the receptionist who refused to give me his name or the name of anybody to who I could make a formal complaint. It is advertised as 24 hour reception. The contact board was turned around and hidden so I only if I climbed over the rope and went behind reception could I have instructions to call a receptionist. From the car park I dialled reception 6 times and sent an email, receptionist called me liar even when I showed him on my phone! Not what you want gone midnight after having driven 300 miles. Despite what was stated on my booking email, he insisted I pay £50 deposit or could leave (not an option). God knows for what as bar and cafe shut, and I need to leave by 0800. I had already paid in advance on a none refundable booking. Absolutely awful. Would rather have slept in my car.
