Have stayed here before and had no problem, but room 33 is like a prison cell. No windows for airing the room and only natural light came from skylight.

Awesome host, left us biscuits and milk for tea for our late arrival. Place was easy to find and suited us perfectly, would happily go back!

Water ran cold in shower at 7am and had to finish off with a wash instead. Informed reception who said " it will be a lot of people getting showered???? At breakfast we felt like we were being watched as 2 staff stood behind us throughout. From the moment we booked it felt like money money money. "Do you want to make a reservation for evening meal" which was fine but then added " if you don't turn up you will be charged" had to pay £50 deposit for room on arrival in case of damage and credit card details were also kept for any eventuality. Also requested photo id as proof of who we were. Room was also very very hot and asked reception if they could turn them off. They said yes and said that's done ( from computer) but only realised later she didn't ask for room no and room was still too hot. We also booked family room with sofa bed only to be told on arrival it can't be used for over 12 Yr old and had to pay £40 extra for extra child even though beds and rooms were still same we had to juggle our family situation. They said it was to make up sofa bed with linen even though we booked room for 3 they said you never asked for sofa bed? Well you cant get 3 in a double? Crazy!Again more money!

Everything… - Bed is old and used wooden slats - Sofa bed is fit for a small child and no spare bedding - No where to park - Owner hung up and pretended couldn’t hear me on a call - Said cleaners were coming to sort it out and bring bedding and didn’t - Wires hanging from the roof - Blinds broken - Asked for £50 deposit then when filled out the form it went to £100 (still not received it back) - Ask for part refund as my colleague had to book another place to stay but refused - Hallway entrance is a dumping ground of clothes and other stuff - It’s a room in a loft not an apartment or studio - Main light switch is downstairs - Can hear all the traffic due to a huge hole in the room
