Both hosts are extremely warm and helpful. The kitchen and bathroom were so well equipped as in my own house. An apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the Newlyn centre, the grocery store and pubs in a cosy, quiet alley. And at the top of everything, literally, the rooftop view was amazing.

The views from the cottage and everything about the cottage inside was perfect the location was brilliant and Tina was lovely easy to contact when we missed the entrance she came and met us ..Every need was catered for in the cottage and it was very private too .

The staff members were very kind to provide me with a fan since the room was really warm and were prompt when all of a sudden in the morning, the toilet stopped working. I would say the staff is the asset to this hotel.

Overall, the facilities were really bad. With a staff like that, the hotel should do really well if the owners invest in improving the facilities. The room was really warm and the fan in the room was broken. I noticed that the bathroom shower was somehow fixed with a zip tie. All of a sudden in the morning, the toilet stopped working, although the toilet worked just fine at night. The toilet also needs to be cleaned better. The cooking was also not good. I had dinner there, madras curry and some chicken pieces were burnt. In the dining room, chairs had stains on them. The entire hotel was smelling of oil for some reason.

Very convenient location for Manchester Airport. Very good accommodation, everything you could need: living area, with cooking facilities, lovely bathroom with toiletries provided and a comfy bed.

Self catering. Welcome card, milk and Prosecco in fridge and a delicious Dorset Apple Cake waiting for us. Host lived across the road and also welcomed us personally.

Location is great. Lots of shops and places to eat around. But nothing else.

Dirty, shower room blocked. Hot water takes ages to come, lots of water waste. Staff is none existent and the person who answers the phone has very poor English and not helpful whatsoever. Finding the room was a bit of a challenge as they have some odd numerical system. Some of the rooms are literally on the parking lot.

The flat was very clean, modern and was a great location for me.

The hosts could have better facilities. There wasn’t a sweeping brush mop or dust pan and brush. Also no tea, coffee, cling film, foil, kitchen roll, cloths to wipe side, pie or lasagne dishes. I stay away for work a lot and normally the host have these. For such a small cost these would really make a great difference to guests.
