Friendly staff, clean enough and all basics covered in the room. Water pressure is great in the shower. Nice selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate with biscuits for the morning. Being able to go straight into the Wetherspoons for a breakfast was a bonus. Free parking is great, there are signs that it's a pay and display but easy to enter your reg at reception for free parking.

Took us about 20 mins to get someone to check us in, this included 2 unanswered calls to reception. Bathroom very cramped and could barely use the toilet comfortably.

Location was great, right in the heart of Bath, and just a 10min walk from the station. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen. Good welcome pack with info and instructions. Very clean, with daily emptying of bin, and nice toiletries provided for use. Very secure with easy to use key cards.

No need for the ‘mini bar’ as it takes up a lot of room in the fridge, and there is a Tesco right next door! Shame there was no chopping board. Some outside noise late into the evening due to central location, especially on the weekend.

I know its well advertised there is no WiFi, but I would have preferred WiFi and a larger TV screen. Bathroom is a bit on the small side.

It was too expensive for what it is, I prayed the price of a 4 star hotel to get an average service. No room service, no water in the room, no herbal tea at the bar, not robe in the bathroom, no extra towels for hands and face.
