Very lovely house and staff, the room was nice, breakfast delicious and I was given tips for my hikes. Bonus point for the boiler room to dry off your clothes after a rainy day! Also the bed was amazing, I slept like a baby.

Although the continental breakfast was beautiful, it would have been nice to have had a cooked breakfast as this is the one thing we only have when on holiday.

The king room in which I stayed was OK. An extra chair or, better a small arm chair it would be fine. Bath of amazing size , one or two selves might be helpful .

Even I knew that there will be no opening widow , it felt kind of strange since it never happened to me before. Since I chose not to have breakfast, I used to get my coffee at the outside area the meadow garden. The service there was below par and this is something that I believe you should look at it seriously.

A bit noisy in room 66 as children hang out outside the window in the morning. The road is a bit noisy too. Bed was hard. There is only 5 parking spaces but room down the road.

First off the description and amenities need changing as this is not a budget hotel it's a terrace house of multiple occupancy that you get a private room in. We would have left immediately and did try other hotels in the city but most were booked up due to football or the opening of sister act. You get a text message for the code to your RM key box. This gets you in the front door and your room. Which means everyone staying there has access to your room when you're out. THERE IS NO PARKING ON SITE as it's directly on the street, you have to park on a residential side road. THERE'S NO RESTAURANT, NO ROOM SERVICE. There was only 2 full size teabags and 2 milk sticks for use in 2 espresso cups. No sugar or coffee certainly no tea maker or coffee machine as advertised. Bed was up against a wall and was a cheap metal small double with what has to be the thinnest most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on and I was in the Army for years. We couldn't sleep so left early before the room that served breakfast opened. We weren't looking forward to breakfast anyway as the juices were left out all night as you could see the set up through a door. This place is NOT A HOTEL ITS A HOSTEL WITH WIFI.

The bed was too big for the room. It had metal legs which I stubbed my toes many times once causing excrutiating pain. The television was unwatchable because of the angle you have to watch it from. The bed was the only place to sit and the head board was uncomfortable to rest against even with pillows. The seagulls but don't blame the owner for that.

Beds were too hard, one bed base was unstable and there were food bars under the bed. Upon arrival, the receptionist gave us our room card 307 but didn't volunteer any information regarding breakfast or availability of evening meals. There was an adjoining room door that wasn't clear whether it was accessible from the other room into our room. Disabled parking wasn't close enough to the entrance.
