What a find. Hull is a favourite city break of ours, but Sean & Melissa's beautiful home from home is firmly cemented in our best visit yet. Spotless and comfortable with everything you need from a wonderful base to explore from. We can't praise it highly enough, superlatives were invented for moments like this. It was our son's birthday and we gave him some fabulous memories. A five minute walk from the Marina and the vibrant Fruit Market area, we really did not want to leave and are trying to work out when we can come back. Thank you for having us.

Lovely house with plenty of room for our party of 5 people. It states it is a 5 min walk from the city centre but it is 10 mins from York Minster and a further 5 mins to most shops and restaurants. Location was perfect for us but my Mum who is 85 could walk to the city centre but got easily tired. You might want to consider this if travelling with someone older as location may not be suitable if they can’t walk far but walk is on the flat. Loads of lovely restaurants within 15 mins walk away. Would definitely return to this property.

A million dollar experience!....the staff made us feel like the most important guests they ever had, nothing was too much trouble, they were courteous, knowledgeable, and very kind. The room was the height of luxury, wonderful bed, huge bathroom and amazing views. The gardens were lovely, and supper at The Clansman was superb. What an amazing treat for our last day of touring the Highlands. ..

Great location, short walk to the train station and lots of cafes and restaurants close by. This was perfect for our short stay on a budget. The room was nice and clean and the room had a window with a nice view.

We couldn’t figure out the hot water in the shower but the staff were fast to respond to our enquiry and help us figure it out. The room is small but that’s to be expected for London accomodation.

Lack of wifi due to technical difficulties was surprisingly impactful, as there is no mobile signal in the area. We were hoping to plan the remainder of our stay in Cotswolds while staying here, but were unable to do so. It's also not easy to sleep well, as there are no blinds on the skylight window and there was a faint pump noise from behind the bathroom all through the night (and, no, it was not the extractor fan or the radiator).
