The hotel room is big with kitchen, living room and 2 balconies and most importantly comes with washing machine, drying rack, oven and dishwasher. Bathroom is huge with 2 basins. Property is well kept and very clean. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone for stay at this apartment.”

  Receptionist was very helpful and kind. The room was small, but modern and pleasant enough. The shared bathroom was clean with a very nice shower unit. Despite being next to a tube station and in a busy road it was not noisy, and the triple glazing helped. I can imagine that the hotel could get noisy once the reception is no longer manned, but it wasn’t the night I stayed. All in all a very pleasant experience. Good value for money and a short walk to London Bridge station, the Tate Modern and Blackfriars, with the Borough market close by too.

  The staff were truly amazing across every area of the hotel and spa. The hotel's specs and decor are sophisticated but warm and homely. Checking in and out was easy and the valet parking was seamless.

  At breakfast, the hot food was very slow and the coffee was very bitter and silty (as though it was ground far too finely for a french press). At the bar, my burger was very over cooked to the point that it was tasteless and rubbery - I sent it back and the situation was rectify well.

  Exterior paintwork of building needs re painting white and interior decor in serious need of attention. My husband and I stripped the beds before departure and mattress protector ,mattress and pillows definitely need replacing. Had I had seen them before getting into the beds on Monday I don’t think I would have got into them!!!!
