Perfect location for me as I landed into T5 and transferred to T3 for a flight the following day. Check in was super easy and made smooth by the young guy who was on duty. I was really early and their extra charge per hour of early check in was halved thanks to the advice of the staff. Room was clean, cool and perfect for my needs. The lack of windows (which nearly made me choose another hotel) was actually one of the best things about the room. It meant that I wasn't distracted by light and time zones, and my sleep was amazing. It's a great option.

Beautiful hotel and gardens. Superb staff helpful and accommodating. A meal for 6 became a meal for 12 and that was all catered for with no fuss. Everything was perfect for a family reunion. Our third trip and we are already planning the next one.

It’s a really nice little annexe to the house and is very clean and tidy etc and quite frankly ideal.

The staff were lovely. The room was basic but clean. Breakfast was good.

I thought it was expensive for what it was, we were not using any of the leisure services. I thought that the single ply toilet paper was cutting one corner too far!! The room was not properly serviced. The bathroom was cleaned, but the bed was not made.
