  It’s a very beautiful flat, with everything you need on a quiet street just few blocks away from a famous Brick lane. The host was very kind, we could check in earlier and got the guide with many recommendations about the restaurants nearby.

  Good location, friendly staff, nice big room with plenty inside to to keep happy. Free drink at the bar for signing up and staff let us know about this.

  Booked an executive double within the property but were placed in an apartment which was not pretty or necessary. The whole purpose of the booking was the building but we did not see it. The apartment had no windows available to see the views and was set back from the property. As the only windows were skylights we were woken with the sunrise and also crows tapping on the roof. Very disappointed. The spa was dirty, lots of dirty cups left around, some of the facilities were out of order. Staff not attentive and did not even ask if we had enjoyed our stay. Have sent an email after the visit but with no response.
