Visited blackpool for my sons 18th and what a nice little gem this hotel was. The hosts were absolutely amazing. Very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much for them. The cooked breakfast was beautiful made by angela. The rooms were spotless and very cool (weather was boiling when we arrived) We had 3 separate rooms and we were all on the first floor. Had a nice bar and pool table with the most comfiest corner sofa to sit and enjoy a drink on. The street where this was located was lovely and quiet and not far from the beach front and all activities. Will definitely be returning to this place in the near future.

Lovely area. Nice bar, reasonable meals., very nice service, friendly staff very good breakfast. Nice swimming pool with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, not crowded, but you have to pay £5 a day now ( difficult to find your way into the leisure suite, and on leaving I went by mistake into the men's changing room, very confusing)

Room was great staff very friendly I only marked down the breakfast because it doesn't start until 08:30 am and I had an early departure. Although they did provide a bacon sandwich left on the door in the morning.

The property was in a good location Easy to walk into Richmond and a bus stop outside. Bed was comfortable , nice bedding Bathroom was good very clean .

The public areas were a bit tired . Entrances not very inviting. Could have done with a tv in the rooms. No gin in the bar

There was a misunderstanding. The property is NOT pet friendly which caused us a problem which we were able to resolve. The hotel was unhelpful.

The street was quite busy but it was quiet inside. The beds were very comfortable.

We rolled up the carpet runners because they were a trip hazard. We couldn’t work out how to watch ordinary TV so we watched iplayer
