Loved the location of this hotel - it’s just across the street from St. Pancras and King’s Cross station. I got to the major sites conveniently with the tube. The room was cozy but tidy, clean and functional. There’s reception from 8 am to midnight, staff were always friendly and greeted me whenever I entered or exited. The staff who checked me in was really helpful and assisted me by carrying my luggage up three flights of stairs to my room!

The hotel is near Euston Street and on Friday night there was occasional street noise. Some minor fixes needed in the room (room was only partially cleaned one day, but that might have been because I returned in the afternoon and stayed in my room for a while while the cleaner was cleaning the other rooms) but nothing major.

Breakfast was excellent, quality ingredients and well cooked. Located in a very quiet area in a peaceful setting. Owners extremely friendly and helpful.

The spa facilities were over crowded with people. Certain people hogging the outdoor hot tubs for hours. There was too much chlorine in the indoor hot tub which resulted in a burning sensation, so this needs to be checked.

Whole place very tired. Bedroom wallpaper you could see every strip as slightly peeling. Light carpet with stains. Shower angle not adjustable so have to lean into wall to get wet. Heating not working so 2 fan heaters on floor in room. Not enough china cups at breakfast so had cardboard cups. Also a wedding venue so when we arrived very noisy teenagers so we decide to eat out rather than at hotel. Came back for a drink at bar and wedding party so noisy at other end of room we could hear each other so we left the bar for our room. Hotel itself had guttering hanging down on corner where water poured over with grass growing in other parts. Seems only 2 staff working in evening and waited ages to get a drink from a very limited bar. Conservatory lights shine into bedroom until late room needs blackout curtains. Paid extra for a superior room should have gone to premier inn.

The Spa facilities was disappointing. The facilities and the changing rooms need to updated. The room itself was not upto the brands high quality. Bathroom fixtures were not in good order. Major issue with the toilet as it didn't want to flush. Overall really disappointed with the stay
