Was a fantastic place in a lovely, quiet location. In the heart of the south downs with easy access to all the other parts too. Clara and her husband were lovely. So friendly and helpful. The breakfast being already set up in the room was a lovely idea. The views from the room were beautiful too. A real secret gem and will definitely be going back.

I honestly couldn't fault the hotel absolutely outstanding and to be upgraded to a trackside room free of charge was a delightful surprise to witness vintage cars roaring across the start finish line was just amazing truly a brilliant experience and would 100 percent be booking again soon

Straight away I felt comfortable, lovely welcome from Carla. My room was perfect for my stay . Lovely and clean and comfy . Close to the tram to take me to the ao arena and station which was ideal .

Comfortable large bed, fridge in room, loved the extras, cereal, milk, water, etc. The room was lovely and clean, with plenty of storage, and just a 15-20 minute walk to harbour.

Living on a building site all day and like a brothel at night people watching porn at full volume all night. Or you can look out the window at all the drug dealing and people having sex in cars and the local joyriders doing hand brake turns, most of which were very poor to be fair. Then the room itself filthy and dated isn't the word, plumbing that clangs all the time. And that's if you make it in the rickety ancient lift. Cleaners just leave stuff littered in the corridors. The bar and restaurant were all closed for refurbishment. It didn't say that when booking but given the recent very poor hygiene rating I would suggest that may of been a saving grace. Then upon leaving they just wack a £100 charge on your card without any notification for cleaning 🤣🤣🤣🤣 place is rotten!!!! For allegedly smoking in the room both non smokers.
