Lastly the breakfast was excellent so I highly recommend to opt for it.”

Not only did she take the time to help us with our series of questions (when our check-in was already past 9.30PM), but she also helped drive us to the train station. Her recommendation really made a difference to our trip...we would have tried to lug our large suitcases from Nikko to Tokyo (thinking that it was only a train ride away) if not for her advice to pre-send them to our Tokyo hotel.   The hotel was in the most perfect location! Super central and within walking distance to the waterfront, shops, restaurants, and the sights. The hotel itself was beautiful, and our room was fabulous! Our room very spacious, the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was gorgeous with an old style bath and a huge rain forest shower! Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff were super helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this lovely hotel and will definitely be coming back again.

  The fact that there was a kitchen, washing machine and the possibility of having a room on your own. A couple of showers were lovely, with lots of pressure. They would be perfect if you could also control de pressure and temperature (to be more environmentally friendly). The location is superb if you're looking to disconnect from the city. Shame I couldn't disconnect from people though, as it was quite busy and there were quite a lot of noisy groups coming through and staying...

  The place desperately needs refurbishment and some of the toilets stank. Some of the showers were also the kind stuck to the wall with push up bottom, which I find quite uncomfortable and a bit useless as they fan out water too much. Lighting is another disappointment as there are no individual reading lights or curtains around the beds. I just hope that whenever they get round to do all the redecoration they don't bump up the price, as it's okay if you share a room but if you don't, it's already not cheap!

  Great location, near to bus stop which is 5 minutes bus journey to Neasden underground station on the Jubilee line. The same bus takes 15 minutes to reach Wembley Park directly. Great value for money for events at Wembley Park. Recently fully refurbished hotel. Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff.

  Breakfast ok although as we were the only ones staying a bit quiet. Keys provided to B&B entrance.

  This was booked believing we could eat in the restaurant, the owner told us that it isn't open on a wednesday even though booking.com website stated it was open. So we had to drive to Hay on Wye approx 6 miles each way. The owners were apologetic as it turned out we were the only ones staying that night. Also heating not running so room cold.
