  This place is an absolute gem!! Neil is very welcoming and friendly, couldn't do enough for us. It's modern and luxury, all the nice wee touches and the scenery was stunning!! Bed was super comfortable. Bathrobes and slippers provided And the hottub was a treat. The projector as the TV was super cool!! I've been to many pods, lodges and cabins But by far this one I'd rate a big 10/10!! Will most definitely be returning

  Breakfasts are exceptional: quality produce and choice, tablecloths, served from hot tureens and experience is made to feel special. Pool, jacuzzi and spa facilities are spacious, clean and massages are heavenly. Superb friendly service. Location fantastic- close to everything.

  Hotel looks a little dated with 70s decor in corridors, and streets leading to hotel from town centre not most salubrious. Best approached from seafront side!

  Great location. Minutes to the tube and Waitrose. The apartment had everything we needed and it was very quiet being at the back. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

  The fan ran all the time the light was on in the bathroom. The bed was a bit creaky and a sensor light came on and off randomly outside the window all night.

  Friday night was very noisy in HighStreet and a woman’s voice below my room 6 spoke in a loud voice till gone 3a.m. Also when I asked in the Bar about leaving my rucksack post my departure- wanting to spend time by Cathedral till my train left - it was a curt NO!!
