The one hundred is one of the only hotels i'd stay in in london. it is an incredible hotel, lovely staff, the rooftop bar is lovely, the coffeeshop they have is great. the service at front desk is wonderful. the room itself is spacious and clean, and the bed is super comfy.

It was a great location. The house was very spacious and was great for a family stay in this respect.

The beds were not comfy and could do with new mattresses. Two of us slept downstairs because of this. The cleanliness of the house was not the best. There was dried up sauce stains on some of the kitchen towels, marks on the units and a lot of dust around the house. The tvs around the house were not easy to use and a number didn’t work.

No elevator, it was on fourth floor, so watch out if traveling with heavy bags or family with mobility issues. Place was not bad, but seemed a little nicer on pics

I didn't like that Prakash Mandal OYO Guest Experience Manager contacting me at 3:26 PM on the day of check-in to tell me that they had cancelled my reservation and offered no alternative accomodation! This is the message I received: We deeply regret the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that, as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience you experienced, we have initiated a full refund. Please contact Booking.com for a full refund.

The staff pretended not to know about their hot water system not working and just letting people into the apartment anyway, there was another review from someone else only a few days earlier complaining about the same thing. I was forced to leave and stay somewhere else and they didn’t even refund me, they said I was rude, I guess I should have just stayed there freezing cold and no hot shower just to make them happy. Do your self a favour and don’t stay there
