A well-equipped apartment (part of the ground floor of a building with several apartments in it) that was handy for a few days' holiday in the area, making trips to Stirling and the surrounding areas. Good facilities including well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and washing machine and central heating. There is a back courtyard that was clean and well-maintained. No on-site parking but the street outside has plenty of room (and I usually got a spot directly outside) and is safe. Alloa railway station is a 5 minute drive away, there are supermarkets nearby and a corner shop at the end of the road. Check-in process was easy and convenient.

While I didn't have any issues that impacted my stay and had a really enjoyable time, the only constructive point is that I tried to contact the host during my stay to clarify something about the check-out process and to let them know an appliance needed new batteries, but didn't get a response.

Quiet peacefulceful location on the beautiful University Park campus. very comfortable and convenient for everything. Well equipped kitchen and louge area, but there are also meals available at several venues nearby. There is a fridge in the bedrooms, which is useful.

According to the signage the water in the bedroom handbasins is not drinking water. a minor detail, but we couldn't get an explanation for it. Quite unusual in the UK these days. I had a water bottle that I filled in the kitchen and kept in the fridge, so it wasn't a problem!

Ground floor room quite accessible, decent breakfast, decent location close to Paddington with the tube 2 minutes away. Helpful staff.

Very noisy! Not so much the adjacent rooms, which I could hear at times, but the tube goes right underneath the hotel, making noise as late as midnight and again early in the morning. It's not just background noise either, the whole room shook with it! And the bed and pillow weren't very comfortable so it was hard to fall asleep when the tube did calm down. Breakfast was down a very steep set of stairs. You leave your keys at reception each time you go out, which makes very little sense to me... And it wasn't Dirty but it was not exactly clean either, lots of dust and suspicious spots that for a second I worried might be lice (they were not, but that's not a question I like to need to ask myself in a hotel room...) The window looked onto an light well with only a wall in front.

The location was close to all amenities . Kitchen and the bathroom were very clean .. the bedding was awesome.

The sofa was dirty and uncomfortable..the throw rug was absolutely filthy, we had to roll it up .would be nice if there was a sponge to wash dishes and. Maybe a little laundry soap for 1 load of laundry ..but we had a great stay .
