The owner is very kind and does the best to reach the guest's expectations. Lovely room, the bed is very good, good breakfast and they also provide a common living Room with amenities such as a choice of spirits, cold drinks and snacks.

No big deal but the shower box is relatively narrow.

There was a bed side lamp not working, James replaced the Bulb with a new one but it was an electrical fault. Was told that it was going to be sorted out within 24hours. So that was Monday went out for the Day and came back to my Room 208 and then, was pleasantly surprised 😮 the bed side Lamp was working ❤️👍👏🫶🤛

Good location, close to attractions. Easy walk from train station. Bed was very large and comfortable.

What we didn't like was the same as most of the other customers "the shower" poorly designed with the water splashing over most of the bathroom. No ventilation other than a window - water splashing onto very large sink and swelling the wood. Breakfast was OK, probably better not to offer cooked breakfast if bacon and sausage are cooked in microwave and you have to boil your own eggs in a pot. Although we knew when booking that there wasn't a fridge, there was sufficient room to place a fridge- would be handy. Minor point but annoying was a vibration of wall and bed came on around midnight and stayed on till morning- Not sure what it was but made sleeping difficult even though the bed was very comfortable.

The wardrobe was too close to bed The waiting time for the phone when trying to contact the hotel didn’t get through When checking in had to wait 10 minutes to be seen Staff member got slightly rude when checking in. Bit away from the amenities in Blackpool
