The only bonus was the pool, no single beds I went with my cousin and obviously couldn’t sleep in the same bed as him and the staff shrugged her shoulders . Very unprofessional asked for extra duvet and pillow so he could sleep on the door instead only to be told we be charged extra 15 pound! I payed 207€ for one night I wouldn’t ever stay again or recommend it. Horrible experience

The staff at check in were completely inattentive , not helpful and completely rude! Ceiling was full of mould and painted over . The bed and pillows were as hard as a rock my back was painful the next day

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices whether you wanted cooked or continental.Staff were constantly making sure everything was stocked up and fresh. Comfy bed and lovely pillows, just right.Plenty of parking and not far from A1 or the airport,despite that the room was quiet. Every member of staff we encountered were polite and spoke to us.

Room was clean and comfortable, quiet room as requested. Excellent location for amenities of the city without being in centre. Parking for car was very convenient. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice and the staff were attentive and pleasant.

Paying the parking fees was an absolute nightmare and took the best part of an hour to complete. We were told beforehand that the lifts were out of order, but on arrival we were told that they were now working without any problems, our first journey to the 2nd floor saw us being unable to exit on the 2nd floor, we were lucky that other guests on the 1st floor had called for the lift as I had pressed the emergency button a number of times. We reported that the lift was faulty a number of times, we had to use the stairs 80% of the time as the lift would not open on the 2nd floor, the starway was pretty dirty. with regard to our room, it was very clean, however there were quite a few ugly brown stains on the carpet
