Room, bathroom and toilet all very clean and comfortable, if a little chilly, but good radiator in room and plenty of hot water Small fridge in room, supplied with milk and orange juice, together with selection of small cereal packets, very useful Room surprisingly quiet even though pub is right on a town centre junction

Steep and short stairs up from bar area might not be ideal for anyone with limited mobility, and loud music from bar, particularly live band on Saturday night, not ideal but we were warned about this and the bar closed quite early in midweek Overall, expectations far exceeded, ideal for a clean, basic and comfortable stay located perfectly for exploring North Norfolk countryside, historic houses, ruins and coast

Breakfast very good , lots of variety, Location is excellent for getting around the area. Restaurant food was very good & reasonably priced. The waiting staff were all lovely, friendly and professional. We didn’t try out the spa or pool so cannot rate these facilities

Bed linen was not very nice quality, pillows were in need of a refresh as they were very lumpy and sheets were not high quality. Bathroom was dated and needs refurbishment

The staff at the Kings' Head were very welcoming and helpful with any requests we had. It was a lovely place to stay and the breakfast was wonderful too. We didn't get a chance to stay for dinner, but we will next time as looked and smelt great.

The property was very close to the center of Keswick. Jon and emma were lovely hosts. Breakfast in the morning was lovely.

the bed we slept in was a little small but understandable as the room wasn’t that big for a bigger bed.

Spacious & warm room, nice shower, box of tissues & plenty of tea bags.

Lots of banging doors & someone doing knock door run too but that could have been kids.

Nicely located and a potential great couple escape.

There are two separate pods! The other one has no toilet, only double beds. With children, how would they think they can go to the toilet at night? The two pods are not super close and the route passes through vagetation which could be perilous at night.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant

The first room we were allocated was full of damp, wallpaper bubbling with water. The second room wasn’t damp but very cold as we were told we were the only guests so the heating couldn’t be put on. No breakfast and no entertainment as advertised however they did put music on the iPad through the speakers and open the bar. The hotel was clean in communal areas and the second room also clean.
