Staff helpful & very friendly. Worked very well having breakfast and evening meal. Very convenient for the train station, didn’t have to drag luggage very far, on the last day they allowed us to store luggage until we had to catch our train.

Check in was smooth and quick. The equipment in the room was adequate for an overnight stay and the wifi was simple to use and fast enough for video streaming etc.

I was in a ground floor room roughly the size of a childs wendy house. There were no windows. The door was a poor fit in the frame, so the room was well lit even with the lights off. Being on the ground floor there was a lot of noise, be it from passing guests, the international door slamming convention, random beeping, or just the staff having a good laugh until past midnight. A lovely feature of the room was the plumbing for the upper floors appeared to run directly down the wall behind the headboard. Trying to sleep and every flush, hand wash or shower sounds like its being directed directly into your ear via a steel tube. I managed less than 3 hours sleep.

Location. Literally 30 seconds walk from kings x tube station exit. Highly convenient.

With this hotel you are literally paying for location rather than anything else. If that's what you want then it does the job, but otherwise not at all good value for money in my opinion. Much nicer hotels available a couple of stops further out for much less.
