- “We highly recommend this place, everything was perfect and we want to come again. The host is very helpful and friendly! The apartment is beautifully renovated and really clean. Everything you need can be found in the apartment, for example laundry detergent, beach towels, a parasol and a shopping bag. The location by the sea is the best and there are also showers and toilets on the beaches. There are two bakeries and several restaurants opposite the apartment, or you can also cook your own food. There are grocery stores and, for example, Polygon and CAP 3000 shopping centers nearby. It is easy and comfortable to vacation in this place!”

  The location near the North Devon coast is superb, easy access to Hartland Point, the Lighthouse and Hartland Quay. Bude is nearby if you fancy a beach trip in the better weather. The spa facilities are great, the gym is quite small but well equipped with machines and dumbells up to 20kg. All the bedrooms were ensuite which was great as we were travelling with my 90 year old Mother. The cottage facilities are excellent and beds really comfortable with a really well equipped kitchen and an outside seating area for good weather. Robes are provided to access the spa and sweat and spa towells included.

  We had a small issue with the TV overheating but Jeremy replaced it without hesitation, the communication was great from him.

  Heather had thought of every detail to make a perfect stay. Although it was in theory room only Heather provided milk, yogurt, fresh fruit and a wide choice of cereals for breakfast. Although we didn't use them the toaster and microwave were a nice touch. The bedroom was beautifully decorated and the shower room was stunning. We would definitely stay again.A perfect base to visit Skye.

  We were really central, staff was lovely very friendly helpful, I have a lung illness and honestly they couldn’t do enough to help me, breakfast was amazing, staff asked everyday if we needed anything I would highly recommend the Hopton hotel I will go back I have no hesitation to stay there again

  Comfy, clean, of a good standard. A lovely Cornish cream tea was provided 😍 And tea and coffee and toaster and mini fridge. Nice walk-in shower. Able to easily park. Quiet. Near to Port Isaac and other lovely places.

  We were there for just 2 nights. If we'd have been there for a week, we would have liked more storage..a wardrobe and perhaps something in the bathroom. Due to the weather, we were unable to sit outside, but also, we were unlucky and think the rain bought up the smell across the fields. Though inside the apartment was absolutely fine.
