      Nice big shower, comfortable bed. Lovely bakery at the end of the road and shop just up from there. Close to the beach and pubs. Just to the side of the fair is a walkway where you can follow to dawlish where there's lots of shops to look around. Tea rooms and a beach bar. There were black swans too. It took around 30 minutes and was an enjoyable walk.

      Could do with blinds in the lounge as it was on the pathway, and everyone stared in. Could do with a big bin, too.

      Very spacious and well equipped apartment. Free off road parking. Lock key box so didn't need to keep keys with us. Shops nearby for essentials. Cupboards and drawers in the kitchen well stocked. Free toiletries. Thank you for the late check out

      It is in great position overlooking the harbour at Brixham. Friendly and had given good instructions of how to get in etc. Breakfast more than adequate with good choice for all. Towels clean and room spotless.

      Not that it stopped us but some may find the walk up to the hotel from the car park difficult but for the view it worth the effort. No biscuits with the tea and coffee tray, I like abiscuit with my tea in the morning.

      Affordable price for a room close enough to the city, should you have a car.

      Althought location was listed as close to city, was still a 20+ minute walk. Was expecting a unit, not an apartment in what seems to be an old government building with a front building door that doesn't lock. Fridge was dirty, TV doesn't work unless you pay or use screen share, but has horrible display issues. Beds were like rocks, and one of the rooms with (beside the bathroom) doesn't have a closing door (handle not fitted correctly).

      Its 3:05pm the online checking said our room would be ready at 2. Knob head at reception said he couldn't give us the key card to our room as he didn't have any rooms available. Then proceeded to check 3 other couples in who hadn't even prepaid a room. They were just showing up. One other group had to wait too. Someone with a brain at reception came out and helped us immediately.
