      We loved our room with a balcony ... what a view over to Arran! Very comfortable bed , beautiful bathroom with the large double ended bath and large walk in shower. The room was very clean and light and airy. We were celebrating our anniversary and a birthday ... they even added a nice touch of petals on the bed and offered a cocktail for my birthday! The meals were delish.... breakfast was amazing ! All freshly cooked to order! Service was great... staff so helpful and friendly! Highly recommend this hotel .. we will be back !

      Staff on reception were of high quality and the service was noticeably good on arrival. The valet staff who delivered out car back from the car park when we were leaving even offered us a bottle of water each for our journey!

      The staff is wonderful, and cares for a pleasant stay. They offered tips, made sure I had an amazing breakfast and were really welcoming. I enjoyed the chat I had with both Kanley and David. Would definitely come back!

      I thought the property was very clean and I appreciated there was off road parking and it was close enough to walk into town.

      I would have preferred if the information about the lock password and other information about the stay was sent the day before the trip and not just a few hours before when I couldn’t easily access e-mails, so I had to phone.

      Great quiet location! The best thing is that u can watch Netflix and chill in ur room. Outsides, they also have Jacuzzi!!!

      Nicely updated with a clean modern look and wet room en suite. It had a hot tub

      The hot tub didn’t work Staff didn’t seem to know how things worked and were not as helpful as they should have been. The breakfast was poor. Only apple juice and a hot water urn to make tea or instant coffee. Not enough cups put out and several were not clean. Fruit was limited. Sliced bread but no pastries. Nothing cooked for anyone not wanting a full English. When asked the duty manager did make us americano coffees from the espresso machine in the bar.

      Nice that there was water and tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

      The hotel is basic but clean and quiet and staff were nice but it is very expensive for 3 star room only accommodation at over £130 per night. Alot of renovation work ongoing and outside in particular I felt was very untidy with stuff e.g. hoses thrown around. I needed accommodation in Eastcote in close proximity to family and paid out of necessity but can't see how the price is justified.
