Property was easy to find, well signposted and plenty of car parking. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome and everything including the wi-fi code was explained to us. We had booked a garden room which was spotless with comfy beds, tea/coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer, and plenty of sockets. The bathroom was compact (as described on the website) but there were lovely soft towels and toiletries provided. The garden is very pretty with plenty of patio furniture available. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and beautifully cooked and presented. We were very happy with our stay.

Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you would need from an oven/microwave, great sized tv. Private and peaceful area with great communication from the owner. Cannot recommend this studio enough.

Lovely, clean apartment. Facilities were great for our 2 night stay. Just a stones throw from the beach and pier with plenty of shops, bars and cafés around. We would stay here again.

The breakfast was very good. Served in the conservatory on a beautiful sunny morning. We stayed in the Edwardian room, and it was very Edwardian. Loved every minute of our stay.

The room was so hot we couldn't sleep and couldn't open the windows very much. There was a fan but when we turned it on at night it was like a propeller plane.
