- “Everything was amazing and I would totally recommend. The house has loads of space inside and out, the kitchen is well equipped and there’s a washing machine and small dishwasher. Upstairs is a great space with a large bed, loads of storage, modern bathroom and lovely balcony facing the harbour. There’s water, coffee and basic supplies provided, Efthymios picked up and dropped off for the ferry plus he helped arrange a hire car and provided maps and advice. The sea, port and shops are very close and Chora and beyond a short drive. All in all it was perfect and I loved my stay.”

  Views stunning. Car parking outside very useful. Quiet location. Pictures don’t do the apartment justice it’s very large open space full of light.

  A vacuum (Dyson cordless or similar) would have been useful to keep the white floors nice and sand free / clean. Fire pit needs replacing. Can’t think of anything else to improve.

  The location was perfect…easy access to the city centre, but surprisingly quiet! The on-site parking was a big bonus.

  The bed was not very comfortable. The property could have been made more cosy by the addition of a rug and coffee table in the lounge, and extra seating would be beneficial….the sofa just isn’t sufficient for four guests to sit comfortably. Also, net curtains in the bedrooms would be appreciated for privacy as they overlooked other properties.

  Not enough pressure in the shower,fire alarms sounded at 3AM and again at 0545 AM, and again the following day, i spoke to the manager Mr Chris Meadows who said at first someone had been smoking in the room but then said there was a fault in the alarm system which i found a bit strange as it had sounded the day before also.Mr Meadows was a bit off hand when i said we had lost nearly a nights sleep, no apology was given.

  Loved the walk through the forest brilliant for dogs

  How close to the VERY busy road the cabin was, it was very noisy in the daytime with the amount of cars up and down the very busy fast road. Also I'd be finding a new cleaner as the cabin was dirty, the toilet seat was also hanging off. Difficult to wash up in Luke warm water, new pans are needed as our bacon and sausage stuck to the VERY old frying pan, also the kettle took forever to boil not good when you need hot water to wash up. And lastly the TV didn't work 😔

  It was supposed to be 5 star but turned out to be like a 3 star. Lucky it was half price. Only one other couple appeared to be there.The room was outside the main building in what appeared to be the old stable block.
